On 14.06.2017, Tarcon Sp. z o.o. signed a contract with Łódzka Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna S.A. (Łódź Special Economic Zone) to deliver a production and warehouse building with an approximate area of 11.000 m² according to the "design and build" system. The building along with its squares and roads having an area of 13.700 m² will be completed within 12 months. The contractual gross value of the project amounts to PLN 26,678,700 PLN.
