Construction of TARCON Sp. z o.o. Office Building back
At the beginning of September, 2016, TARCON will commence the construction of an office building located in Tarnów at the intersection of Aleja Piaskowa and Szklana Street. It will be a high-class 2 storey office building with an area of more than 800 m2. The architectural design of the office building is unique in its form and shape and will make the building stand out among the neighbouring buildings, being a true gem of this industrial district of Tarnów.
The project site is very well situated and connected. It is located about 2 km from the A4 - Tarnów Północ highway junction. The two-storey office building with an area of more than 800 m2 will be equipped with: energy-saving LED lighting, a photovoltaic system, an air-conditioning system and a heating and ventilation system with a heat and cold recovery function. An outdoor parking lot for 30 passenger cars will be situated next to the building. The building is planned to be completed in the third quarter of 2017. The distribution of rooms, the interior arrangement and the finishing standard of the ground floor offices planned to be leased can be modified as required by the potential lessee.
