On 21.02.2019 the District Construction Supervision Inspectorate in Łodź issued a decision of „permit to use” for Łódź Special Economic Zone S.A. of the production and storage hall with the office and employee part and external infractructure located at ul. Stokowska in Łódź. Tarcon carried out the facility in the ”design and build” system. The gross value of the works carried out was PLN 27,390,091.10.
