On 14.02.2019 the last stage of the construction of the Małopolska Logistics Park in Targowisko was opened for use. The Consortium of Contractors, namely Tarcon Sp. z o.o., [Ltd.] Tarcon Invest Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. [limited partnership] built two logistics halls with the area of 50,686 m² area, an office and employee facility with the area of 750 m², loading area roofing of 6,000 m², yards and roads of 41,100 m² and the network infrastructure and terminals commissioned by Zasada Trans-Spedition Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. The facilities were constructed in the „design and build” formula. The final stage of construction was handed over to use six weeks before the scheduled time. We thank the investor for the cooperation as a partner and wish them business successes in the new facility.
